Shipping Policy

We ship to Canada and the United States only at this time from our website. You can email us if you wish to order from an international address other than the USA. We will gladly process phone order by calling 709 240 2213. Shipping costs will be free for all purchases over $125 or more after discounts and before taxes unless free shipping is offered during a limited time offer. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances,

Orders shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and PO Boxes are shipped via Canada Post. Orders shipping to the United States, except Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via UPS. Standard shipping can take up to 10 days from the island. 

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM NL time, excluding holidays). Orders typically leave our facility within 2 business days of receiving and clearing the payment.

Tracking information is sent by e-mail once the order has been shipped. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping companies once the package has left our facility.

We absolutley respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third-parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

All products are nonrefundable. We strive to create products that never compromise quality or results and we understand that every person is different that is why before ordering you can view our full ingredient list and can chat directly with our skincare aestheticians through our online Chat Box or via email @ If you experience an adverse reaction please contact us at info@weareindigena.comand we will refund your money. If you are not happy with your purchase, we also offer a money-back refund. We do however, require the customer to pay return shipping for the goods.


If your order was damaged in shipping please contact us immediately and we will ensure that any damages are replaced. Note it is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) please contact us @ 709-689-4458 or

Please provide the order number along with your email address, phone number and a photo of your damaged product for the most efficient service.


While we enjoy customer participation, we can only accept one promotion code per order. Promotions are conditional upon quantity and specified time range advertised.
